General information

This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing user data on the website walidator.inkluzywni.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Site). The Site allows users to submit documents for analysis and to receive a quality assessment. Documents are processed only in real time and are not saved or archived after the analysis is completed.

Personal data administrator

The administrator of personal data is Sages Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Nowogrodzka 62c, NIP: 1132737407, KRS: 0000313297.

Types of data processed

Users can upload documents for analysis. These documents are processed solely for quality assessment purposes and are not saved or stored after the process is complete.

For diagnostic and security purposes, the system may log basic technical information such as file transfer time, processing status, and any analysis errors. This data does not allow the identification of the user or the reconstruction of the content of the documents.

Purposes and legal bases for data processing

Documents sent by users are processed for the purpose of:

  • Analysis of the document quality - based on your voluntary submission of a file for analysis (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR - consent).
  • Returning feedback to the user regarding the quality assessment - based on the performance of the contract, the subject of which is the provision of a document analysis service (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR - performance of the contract).
  • Data recipients

    Your data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on our behalf, including IT service providers - and such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with us and only in accordance with our instructions.

    Data storage

    Uploaded documents are processed in real time and are not saved or archived after the analysis process is complete. Any technical metadata (e.g. IP address, file transfer time) is deleted after a specified period.

    Data security

    The Site uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. Despite the use of appropriate measures, no system can guarantee complete security. The User should avoid sending documents containing confidential or sensitive information.

    Rights of data subjects

    You have the following rights:

  • The right to access your data and receive a copy of it
  • The right to rectify (correct) your data
  • The right to delete data
  • The right to limit data processing
  • The right to transfer data
  • The right to object to data processing
  • The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal)
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

    We would also like to inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

    Automated decision-making

    We inform you that we do not make automated decisions, including profiling, based on your personal data.

    Transferring data outside the EEA

    Your personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

    Changes to the Privacy Policy

    The Site Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Changes will be published on the Site.
